A one-year, single-use, non-transferrable license is granted to the client purchasing the listing shoot for the purpose of marketing a residential listing/home for sale. All content (images, 3D + video tours) is owned and copyrighted by Victor Coker Photography LLC. Reschedules and cancellations may be made up to 12 hours in advance, under 12 hours are subject to a $50 fee. On-site cancellations (for any reason including home not ready to shoot) are subject to a 50% fee.
